Once again, an event for all runners attending the Convention: treat yourself to a workout session between talks and Connect Cafés!
The non-competitive 5 km run, now held for the 6th time, starts at 07:00 hrs on Friday 21 Oct: it will be good for you and for lots of other people too!
In fact, as always the run will raise money for a charity: Var Group will double the takings to make up the donation.
