From Listening to Action

The Diversity, Equity & Inclusion journey and the Varieties Campaign were born from active listening. They emerged from the insights gathered through the employee survey conducted as part of the Great Place to Work® certification process. This listening phase evolved into a widespread initiative across Italy and Europe, aimed at fostering a more inclusive and equitable workplace culture.
