Var Group and Perspective AI sign a partnership under the banner of Artificial Intelligence

From the collaboration between the two companies comes iSquared, a structured methodology for the adoption of AI in industrial mid-market and service processes.

Empoli, December 10, 2025 – Var Group, a multinational leader in digital services and solutions, part of the SeSa Group listed on Euronext STAR, and Perspective AI, a company specialized in optimizing business processes and creating tailored technological ecosystems, announce that they have established a partnership to integrate Artificial Intelligence into the critical business processes of the industrial and service mid-market. The strategic collaboration also includes an option for Var Group to acquire a stake in Perspective AI.

The initiative aims to guide AI projects focused on operational efficiency, process automation, and improved business decision-making. It will help companies overcome the “GenAI Divide,” which leaves many organizations stuck in the experimentation phase without generating real value. The partnership intends to bridge this gap through a structured, performance-oriented methodology.

The market context reveals strong fragmentation: 40% of companies do not start AI projects despite recognizing their potential; another 40% use GenAI tools only for individual productivity without affecting core processes; and the remaining 20% that launch enterprise-level pilots see three-quarters of them fail before reaching production. The impact on economic outcomes is therefore still limited. Integrating AI into critical business processes becomes a competitive advantage only when driven by change management rather than the mere adoption of new tools. Organizational redesign—covering both people and processes—must represent the substantial foundation (70%) for activating AI, while only 30% of a company’s effort should focus on algorithms, technology, and data.

The collaboration between Perspective AI and Var Group was created to support companies in the strategic integration of AI, helping them translate technological potential into concrete competitive advantages. From this synergy comes iSquared, the methodology that starts precisely from that 70% related to processes and change management to ensure successful technological adoption, with a structured approach in progressive phases. It is designed to reduce the risks of fragmented implementations, redesign end-to-end workflows—from supply chain to support functions—and transform AI adoption into a long-term strategic plan. The approach validates feasibility and value before investments, then moves forward with implementation and adoption. The journey is supported by testing labs and provides C-level executives with concrete tools to make informed decisions and guide implementation effectively and sustainably.

In this new approach, Perspective AI’s technical expertise blends with Var Group’s ecosystem—data engineering, cloud architecture, and cybersecurity—to create robust architectures that can evolve according to business needs.

We’ve learned that applying AI to organizations without rethinking how work is done has limited impact. We must focus on integrating intelligences: interconnection, overcoming hierarchical linearity, and true collaboration between people and digital architectures. It is essential to redesign processes and enhance human input. This is why I am proud to announce our partnership with Perspective AI and the iSquared methodology, which analyzes a company’s processes, identifies those that need to be rewritten, and enables them to fully leverage the value of AI with step-by-step support. Real impact is not automatic: it occurs when strategy, processes, and people are rethought coherently,” says Francesca Moriani, CEO of Var Group.

“For the first time in history, companies can transform their know-how and people’s knowledge into a true corporate asset. AI does not only automate: it can learn, structure, and replicate the thought correlations that guide human decisions. This means that tacit knowledge can finally be capitalized: it can be accounted for as informational assets and turned into continuous value for the company. But this leap requires a radical rethinking. Introducing AI without first understanding existing processes, people, data, and architectures leads to higher costs and, in most cases, project failure. AI’s effectiveness arises from strategic assessment that enables the redesign of a coherent, sustainable architecture aligned with business objectives. With iSquared, we have developed a methodology that supports companies precisely in this: capitalizing data and know-how, making operational flows intelligent, and building systems capable of evolving over time. And there is a fundamental point: without original human input, models collapse. Real AI value comes from the meeting of human experience and machines’ ability to amplify it. Humans are not central by principle but by necessity,” says Lorenzo Maternini, CEO and founder of Perspective AI.
