The X Var Group hackathon is focused on the integration of intelligences: human, technological and process.
Human skills and intelligences will be mixed with process optimization and advanced use of technologies such as AI and blockchain. The goal is to harmonize these dimensions to develop innovative solutions
and address real challenges proposed by participating companies.

The Hackathon Z!ng by Var Group guide: everything you need to know

The Hackathon will take place at the Palacongressi di Rimini during the Z!ng by Var Group 2025 Event, the moment when Var Group presents to the world the innovations that digital evolution has to offer to businesses.
In this way, young Hackathoners and all Z!ng participants will have the opportunity to immerse and mingle in the fantastic universe of technology enthusiasts, creating unique opportunities for generational, cultural and innovative exchange.

The teams, which participate in the 32-hour development marathon, will have a dedicated space right inside the Rimini Palacongressi, where the Z!ng by Var Group event will take place.
The finalist team will present their project during the final plenary session on Oct. 24 at the Rimini Palacongressi.

Developing the business case
The protagonists of the hackathon will be teams composed of 5-6 innovative minds with transversal skills from top Italian universities and Talent Garden's Innovation School. Each team will be assigned to one from the partner companies and will have to solve a business case with innovative solutions in response to concrete challenges with the possibility that they will actually be implemented by the company.
During the hackathon there will be Architects of the selected technologies, Data Scientists and other figures who can help the team along the way and facilitate problem solving.
The countdown has begun: who will win the Z!ng by Var Group 2025 Hackathon?
Hackathon participants will be offered a prize in recognition of their efforts and achievements during the event. The prize will be awarded to winners selected from the participating teams whose projects stand out for originality, creativity and potential impact.
