Sportler chooses Dynamics 365 CRM and Cocai

Sportler, a leading Italian distributor of sporting goods and technical equipment, present in 40 shops throughout northern Italy and Austria and with a strong presence online, and an offering of 400 specialised brands, has chosen Microsoft Dynamics 365 to simplify its marketing processes, and Cocai Retail for the integrated management of its cash operations.
“We needed to renew our systems to streamline our operational processes and better integrate the Marketing and Retail business functions with each other. The project was implemented by migrating the client's on-premises systems to Azure, Microsoft's cloud platform, and integrating Dynamics 365 CRM with the Cocai Retail solution to handle a quick start-up while reducing project and infrastructure costs.
