Empoli, 7 May 2025 – Var Group, a leading Digital Integrator for digital services and solutions, announces business combinations with Visualitics Partner Sl (Spain), focused on business analytics and artificial intelligence, and Janus (Italy), with expertise in data platform and data security. These operations enhance its Data Science competence center, dedicated to data engineering and artificial intelligence, which today enters the Spanish market and expands its skills in data integration and regulatory compliance.

The operations, which involve the integration of the two entities into the Data Science competence center, bring an aggregated revenue of approximately 1.5 million euros.
