Technowrapp specializes in the design and manufacture of automatic stretch film wrapping machines for palletized products. Working in synergy with its Intralogika division, it specializes in the creation of intralogistics systems for product handling and tracking. Speed and professionalism are the key words of a constantly growing business.
Listenability
Without listening, there is no progress. This is why Listenability is the approach that guides Technowrapp both internally and in its relationships with customers. This is how the project, developed together with Var Group and AWS, was born: listening to machines to better meet customer needs
Lasciarsi guidare dai dati
To better serve customers and suppliers, Technowrapp decided to interconnect its machines via the cloud to analyze data, monitor their operation, and respond promptly to critical alerts. Giving machines a voice and analyzing their input to better guide daily decisions: this is the most important goal achieved with the Twiko cloud platform, designed and developed in collaboration with Var Group and based on AWS technology. Thanks to AWS microservices, the platform can respond to business growth and ensure market competitiveness: the company can scale the infrastructure as needed and independently scale each service to meet the required functionality. Predictive maintenance, proactive service, and data-driven decisions, including in R&D, are the elements that translate the value Twiko generates.
Twiko: data explorer per gli impianti
Twiko responds to the ongoing demand for data analysis from Technowrapp customers. Through a user-friendly interface, users can access a dashboard dedicated to each system and a summary page of key KPIs, such as "machine status," which indicates the machine's current condition and any operator intervention requirements. Twiko also monitors the consumption of plastic film used to wrap products: in addition to optimizing system performance, the system assists the operator in selecting maintenance interventions and monitoring material savings. Twiko is therefore a tool geared towards responsible consumption management while respecting the environment.
Pieno controllo e flessibilità
Listening to machines by collecting real-time data allows us to fine-tune systems based on their users' needs and to evolve their operations with a focus on sustainability. Thanks to the project developed together with Var Group and AWS, Technowrapp can offer its customers full control over overall production performance, the benefits of predictive maintenance, and the efficiency of proactive service. Choosing the cloud and adopting a serverless platform allows Technowrapp to scale resources agilely and flexibly and maintain cost control thanks to a payment model based on actual consumption. Today, Technowrapp sells more than just machines, but a comprehensive service to understand what happens to them every day and implement actions to continuously improve their performance.
