A manifesto to share a widespread DEI culture

Inclusive and respectful workplaces are better places to work.
This happens when DEI is embedded in the organizational culture and practiced every day. That’s also the case at Var Group.
Together with the DEI Community, we created the Var Group DEI Manifesto to clearly define and make accessible the principles that shape our culture and guide our behaviors.

Allyship

Needs

 Engage meaningfully with your colleagues:
don’t be afraid to show vulnerability,
express your needs, and listen actively.

Belonging

Bridge the gaps, bring out your best,
and create the conditions for everyone
to feel involved.

Inclusive Communication

Communicate in a respectful and accessible way,
using inclusive language, visuals, and tools.

Equity

Be who you are.
At Var Group, we embrace differences,
and everyone is treated equitably.

Bias

Don’t stop at appearances:
go beyond prejudice and
be an active part of change.
